Expression of Intrest for Committee positions

3DAAA are looking for motivated people to assist with the management of 3DAAA.

Positions currently vacant are:

  • NSW Liaison
  • QLD Liaison
  • VIC Liaison
  • QLD Range Setter Coordinator
  • VIC Range Setter Coordinator
  • Social Media Officer

 

All these positions are Sub Committee positions in accordance with (IAW) the 3DAAA Constitution

NSW Liaison will take over from Jason Wall who has moved into the Merchandise Role.

QLD Liaison to take over from Brett Pirlo who is stepping down to focus on his growing family and we wish him well.

Victorian Liaison to help Cordell with the management and growth of 3D in Victoria and SA

 

NSW/QLD/VIC Liaisons:

The Liaison roles are vital as the committees main communication partway to the Clubs and members of our association. You will work alongside the National Liaison Rhys to effectively pass information from the members and back out to the members. Be responsible for representing the committee if needed at Sanctioned shoots. Help with the planning and organising of State and National shoots along with other members of the committee.

 

QLD Range Setter :

This individual needs to have a working knowledge of the Rules of Shoot, have completed the Range Setters course and experienced in setting Sanctioned Shoot ranges. Must be motivated to work in small groups and working with the Other State Range Setters to coordinate courses for the QLD, NT and northern NSW Clubs.

If selected for this position you will work along side your relevant State Rep and Executive Committee to provide training courses and support to your local area clubs.

 

Victorian Range Setter:

This individual needs to have a working knowledge of the Rules of Shoot, have completed the Range Setters course and experienced in setting Sanctioned Shoot ranges. Must be motivated to work in small groups and working with the Other State Range-setters to coordinate courses for the Victorian and SA Clubs.

If selected for this position you will work along side your relevant State Rep and Executive Committee to provide training courses and support to your local area clubs.

 

Social Media Officer:

This position is to assist the growing social media foot print of 3DAAA including Facebook, Youtube and the Official Website.

Your responsibilities will be reporting to and working with the Secretary, Tournament Director, each of the State and National Liaisons to manage posts on all platforms. You will also be responsible for detecting any violations in the social media, communication policies and working with the Committee to resolve issues.
