This form is designed for the purpose of sending the correct information to the National Score Recorder at the completion of your sanctioned event. It is to create a uniform procedure to make sure the correct information has been provided.

Using your reporting button on the scoring program please provide the following documents in the correct format.

These reports will download onto your computer. Please make sure you know where they have been saved to. The only exception to the downloaded reports is the 100s achieved report. This MUST be drawn down separtately as a PDF. Instructions will be below.

You must check all divisions up to 10th Place for countbacks. These must be correctly identified to the score recored. Please write this information clearly on a paper and attach a copy to this form. (JPEG is acceptable, PDF is preffered).

Please attach the excel docment provided in the reports from your event.

This must be saved as a PDF document. To do this you will need to: 1) Click on the Button ” Shooters with 100s”, 2) PRINT THIS TO PDF and save to your computer.
