The Club Tool Box provides you with the documents you will need to run your Club Day Events, your Club Affiliation Form and Sanctioned/Special Event Application Form.

COMPETITOR SIGN ON SHEETS      
#Important:  members shooting and participating at your club event must still register and sign on in the same format as for a Sanctioned or Special Event.  This is a requirement by our insurer.  A copy of all register/sign on sheets must be kept for a period of 12 months if required.

Membership Form #It is recommended to encourage members to complete the online form.  This form is for club use only.   In the case a member does not wish to complete an online membership renewal, payment must be made by the club directly following the club event and the form must be emailed to the membership secretary and treasurer of 3DAAA. CLUB AFFILIATION AND SHOOT APPLICATION FORMS
     
To maintain club affiliation status, clubs must adopt and comply to all 3D Archery Association of Australia policies and rules.
Club Affiliations run from 1st January to 31st December
